The Original Beach Cottage remains the heart of the property, with two bedrooms, a cozy TV room with a sleeper sofa, and the soon-to-be Card Room — a character-filled gathering space with a poker table, antiques, and reclaimed wood tied to the property’s history. The Main House was designed with nods to an old coastal hotel, including individual bedroom doors and windows on the second and third floors, allowing guests to access bedrooms easily from the pool area without walking through the main interior living spaces. At the top, a fully covered third-floor bar overlooks the Gulf of America, creating one of the property’s signature places to gather.
The Carriage House adds even more flexibility, with a first-floor game room, conference room, and bedroom, plus a second-floor bedroom and covered deck overlooking the pool and Gulf. Together, the three buildings create the PCB B&B of today: a thoughtfully renovated and expanded retreat with the privacy of a compound, the spirit of a classic beach inn, and plenty of spaces for guests to spread out, come together, and enjoy the coast.
